Gulf of Maine 2.0 Handwoven Towel
This is a refresh of The Cultivated Thread's most popular colorway from our first year in business. Reminiscent of dancing waves, threads of greens and blues run the length of this towel. A twill weaving structure is a nod to the movement of water.
The weave structure of this towel (twill) gives it a slightly thicker feel than our towels that are woven with a tabby structure.
SIZE and COLOR
Approx. 16" by 23” (size may vary slightly due to the individual nature of handmade goods). This photo is an example of this towel. The one you receive may not be 100% identical.
CARE
Machine wash in cool water with bleach free detergent and tumble dry on low. Avoid using fabric softeners and dryer sheets as they can reduce the towel's absorbability.
We've put a lot of love and care into our production process to give you a finished cloth that's perfect for your needs. We pre-wash all towels to shrink and bind the threads together so you can get right to using them - they're machine sewn and back stitched for extra strength.
PRODUCTION SPACE
The studio where these towels are produced is both smoke free and cat friendly. With their softness, absorbency, and appealing look, towels are our favorite product; they are the epitome of functional art!
